What are the applications of shredders in the straw fermentation organic fertilizer process?
Straw fermented organic fertilizer is an organic fertilizer that uses straw from wheat, corn, rice, potatoes and other crops as the main raw material, and then undergoes moisture regulation and microbial fermentation and decomposition. Its main function is to improve soil fertility and increase the proportion of beneficial microorganisms. It is also one of the ways to utilize straw resources. Generally speaking, there are two main types of microbial straw fermentation processes: aerobic fermentation and anaerobic fermentation.
1. Aerobic fermentation process
The straw is crushed into small pieces of 1-5cm through the shredder, and then the straw, feces and microbial inoculants are mixed evenly according to the mass ratio of 100:10:0.5, and the materials are adjusted to the appropriate moisture content for stacking, which can be placed on the top of the pile Punch holes for ventilation, then cover with a breathable film to keep warm and moisturizing, ventilate regularly, and turn the pile to provide oxygen. After the fermentation is completed, the solid matrix can be returned to the field for reproduction as agricultural fertilizer.
2. Anaerobic fermentation process
The straw is crushed into small pieces of 1-5cm by the shredder, and then according to the moisture content of the straw, the straw, human and animal manure and microbial inoculants are evenly mixed and put into the fermentation tank in a ratio of 100:10:0.5, and the fermentation tank is The moisture content in the mixture is adjusted to 50-70%, and a 10-20cm soil layer is covered on top of the solid base material for fermentation. After the fermentation is completed, the solid substrate can be taken out to dry and returned to the field as agricultural fertilizer for reproduction.
Kowloon’s biomass crushing system is specially designed for crop crushing. The entire line realizes fully automated operations from soil removal, impurity removal to crushing. The particle size of crushed straw is 80-200mm, and the production capacity is 15-75t/h, which meets the discharge requirements of soil and impurity content less than 5%; it breaks the problems of traditional straw screening and crushing pretreatment with low output and poor adaptability to materials.
During the operation of the biomass crushing system, the feeding equipment first feeds biomass straw, branches, bark and other materials evenly into the crusher. The crusher crushes and disposes the materials through the working principles of shearing, tearing and squeezing. The final materials are transported to the finished product area via a belt conveyor or transferred to the next disposal process. The metal materials can be selected through a magnetic separation device. The entire production system can achieve closed transportation, negative pressure dust reduction, and clean production.
