Bulky waste recycling and automated processing system

Bulky waste refers to waste that weighs more than 5kg, has a volume greater than 0.2m³, or has a length of more than 1m in one direction. This type of garbage usually has a complete structure and has the possibility of being broken up and reused or disposed of. However, due to its huge size, it is difficult for ordinary garbage transfer trucks to handle, and subsequent disposal is also quite tricky. In the context of dwindling global resources, the resource utilization of bulky waste is crucial to the protection of the ecological environment. Unfortunately, due to the diversity of bulk waste materials and the non-uniformity of shapes and sizes, currently most of them are treated by ineffective incineration, which not only wastes valuable material resources, but also fails to fully utilize the value of these wastes.

In order to effectively deal with this problem, we have introduced a waste recycling and automated processing system. The system consists of multiple components such as chain plate conveyors, double-shaft shredders, belt conveyors, roller screens, magnetic separators and forming machines.

First, the chain conveyor is responsible for transporting the materials to be processed to the double-shaft shredder. The double-shaft shredder uses powerful crushing force to reduce the volume of materials. Subsequently, the crushed materials are transported to the roller screen through a belt conveyor for screening. The roller screen screens materials based on their volume to ensure adequate crushing of materials. For large-volume materials that are not completely crushed, the system will automatically send them back to the double-shaft shredder through the belt conveyor for re-crushing, ensuring that all materials can achieve the ideal crushing effect.

Next, the crushed small-volume materials will be transported to the magnetic separator through a belt conveyor. The function of the magnetic separator is to remove iron components from the materials to prepare for subsequent utilization of renewable resources. The material after removing the iron component will be transported to the molding machine again through the belt conveyor for molding operations, and finally recycled resources such as fuel particles and iron materials will be obtained.

During the entire processing process, the system realizes full crushing, automatic screening and automatic backflow of materials, which not only improves processing efficiency, but also reduces labor and material costs. This automated processing method is more cost-effective than traditional multiple crushing operations. More importantly, it effectively promotes the production and processing of bulky waste into a virtuous cycle, making positive contributions to environmental protection, resource conservation and economic development.
